Delivery Information

We use a variety or delivery services, due to the differing nature of our range. These include personal delivery from our warehouse in Melbourne and surrounding areas, private courier when appropriate, or StarTrack Express for Australia wide deliveries of larger orders. We offer free storewide shipping in Melbourne, free shipping on most products to Sydney (except fragile and bulky items) and sensible freight rates to the rest of Australia.

We reserve the right to refuse orders due to any unforeseen factors which affect the cost of freight. In these rare cases we will contact you to arrange a custom quote or release your payment back.

Orders are firstly received and marked for processing, upon which you will receive a confirmation email. Secondly we verify that we have available stock, if so payment is then taken. Finally your items are shipped from our warehouse, upon which you will receive a final email, containing an order tracking number where possible.

This process is usually completed within five to ten working days. From here, delivery timeframes vary depending on location, delivery company policies, and a number of other variables. Some fragile and bulky orders, such as pottery and sculpture, require custom packaging for safe delivery outside Melbourne, please allow up to twenty working days for these orders. We always strive to be as fast and efficient as possible.

Sometimes we have circumstances that are out of our control that may unexpectedly delay processing or delivery. In these cases, one of our staff will advise you of the issue and work through it with you.

Currently, we do not take orders outside of Australia via the site. Please contact us directly if you are an overseas customer and we will strive to make custom arrangements where possible.
